You own what you post. By posting, you give Propted a non-exclusive license to display your content on the site. You can edit or delete your own topics and comments at any time. You are responsible for what you post. Share honest, first-hand experiences and do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or someone else's private information.
Content on Propted consists of user opinions and experiences, plus publicly available project data such as RERA registration details. None of it is financial, legal, or investment advice. Verify all project information independently, including with the relevant state RERA portal, before making any decision.
We list project facts like RERA numbers, possession dates, and unit counts from public sources on a best-effort basis. These can become outdated or contain errors, and builders can change their plans. The official RERA portal record always prevails over anything shown here.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or degrade the community: spam, harassment, impersonation, or repeated misinformation. We aim to be fair and light-handed.
We may update these terms as Propted evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
