RERA date on record for this one says December 2025 and we are already in July 2026... so has anyone here got possession, or is that date just sitting on paper? Asking because I am comparing Tellapur against Kondapur and Nallagandla for a 3BHK, and with 3,780 flats in one project I honestly don't know how long phase wise handover takes yaar. For someone still deciding, does a slipped RERA date usually mean six more months or are we talking longer? And is there any way to check the current status properly without just going by what the sales guys tell you?

My understanding is that with a project of this size, handover is almost never a single event, and I too would like to know what the current position on the ground actually is; kindly advise if anyone has a reliable way to verify it, since I would not want to rely on what the sales team says either. My related worry is what happens to the residents association in such a case. If occupancy spreads across towers over many months, the association is effectively run by the builder for a long stretch, and the early residents have very little say in how water supply, tanker arrangements and lift maintenance contracts are decided; two friends of mine in newer gated communities have had exactly this complaint. We are shifting from Vijayawada and are looking at Tellapur and Nallagandla, so I would be grateful to hear from anyone who has seen how a large phased project handles this.
quick q from a totally different angle. i drive to 3 or 4 hospitals a day for work, so tellapur's roads are what i care about. anyone here actually driven that stretch in peak hours
