How is maintenance managed in a 3,664 flat community?

The listing here shows 3,664 flats at Nanakramguda, which is a very large community by any measure, and I am trying to understand what that means for the residents association. My understanding is that communities of this size are usually handed over tower by tower rather than all at once; if that is the case here, is the association formed only after the final tower is complete? I would also like to know how many lifts are planned per tower, since that becomes a daily issue at this scale. Kindly advise if anyone has seen the handover plan.

3,664 is a lot of families sharing the same gate in the morning... That is the part that worries me with these very big projects. How many entry and exit points does it actually have? If it is only one or two then the Nanakramguda road will be a mess at 8am, and that stretch is already bad because of the ISB traffic. Anyone seen the site layout?
quick q on the same lines. is the sept 2027 possession date on this page the rera date or the builder date. those two are usually a year apart. also does anyone know if the clubhouse comes with the first phase or only at the end
